Paul Davis, CPA, CMA
CEO / President

Paul has more than 25 years of healthcare industry experience and has been involved with ASC’s since 1983. He has held diverse senior leadership roles including Senior VP of Operations, Chief Financial Officer, Managing Principal and Executive VP of Finance. Paul received his Bachelor’s of Science in Accounting from the University of Utah.

Jackie Aguirre
Senior Director of Revenue Cycle Operations

Jackie oversees the daily business office operations for Amblitel and its clients. Jackie will lead the Accounts Receivables processes and will be the primary contact after implementation.

She has 18 years of experience in ASC billing, reimbursement, compliance and personnel training. She has held positions as Surgery Scheduler, Medical Biller, Regional Business Office Support, Business Office Manager and Billing Administrator working for both ASC management companies and independent ASC's, as well as a medical billing company. Her experience includes involvement in preparation and subsequent accreditation of multiple start-up multi-special surgery centers.

Client Services Accounting Manager

Steve’s primary role is to provide accounting services to clients including monthly close, financial statements and board packet preparation.

He has over 24 years of accounting and finance experience including diverse roles in Accounting Management, Financial Planning and Analysis, Financial Consulting, Systems Implementation, Internal Auditing and Sarbanes-Oxley Compliance.  Steve received his MBA Degree in Accounting and Finance from Regis University and a BA Degree in Business Economics from Colorado State University.

Mary Beth has 22 years of experience in ASC development, management, and consulting. She is experienced with hospital/physician joint ventures. She received her Bachelor’s of Science from Mount St. Joseph University and a Master’s Degree in Hospital and Health Administration from Xavier University.

Senior Consultant

Mary has more than 25 years of perioperative experience including involvement with ASC’s since 1998. She is experienced with joint ventured, independent single specialty and multi-specialty ASC’s. Mary earned her Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing Degree and a Master’s of Business Administration from the University of Iowa.

Senior Consultant

Glen has over 26 years of healthcare experience, majority of it in ASC accounting, startup, development and consulting. He is experienced with denovo hospital/physician joint ventures and physician-only ASC projects. Glen has a Bachelor’s of Science Degree from the University of Rhode Island and passed the CPA exam in 1987.

Stephanie has over 25 years of experience in medical coding, billing, reimbursement, compliance, and in personnel and physician training. She has extensive training in medical administration, including physician practice management, skilled care facility administration, hospital and ASC billing and compliance. She has held many leadership positions within the healthcare industry including Administrator, Director of Billing and Reimbursement, and Business Office Manager. Her experience has been in surgery centers, hospitals, physician group practices, and with an ASC management company. Currently Stephanie oversees the business office operations for Amblitel and its clients. Stephanie studied Hospital and Long Term Care Administration at New Mexico State University.
